Birthday Challenge : Behave Management in 7 days

Setiap pertambahan umur selalu berarti bagi saya, jika dulu yang paling diharapkan adalah ucapan selamat, kue dan kado yang banyak sekarang lebih kepada penerimaan, perenungan apakah ada perubahan yang berarti untuk menghadapi kehidupan di umur yang baru, klise tapi memang sudah seharusnya begitu.

Untuk itu di pergantian umur kali ini saya melakukan 'ritual' dengan sedikit berbeda, yaitu 7 hari dari tanggal 17 desember sampai 24 Desember, saya putuskan untuk melakukan Behave Management di keseharian terutama di media sosial. Untuk di media sosial tantangan lebih kepada menahan apa yang perlu diucap, menahan apa yang perlu di rasa, tidak ikut latah dengan topik yang sedang hangat dibicarakan di timeline, dengan hanya memposting positive quotes.
Jika dianggap hal ini mudah dilalui, percayalah untuk orang yang lumayan 'gatel' komenin sesuatu yang janggal di dunia maya, kesehariannya yang random, kelakuan aneh bukbos, posting photo pisang goreng, acara tv dan film, check in tempat yg dirasa hits padahal enggak juga, photo narsis, kalau photo narsis ini sudah lumayan sangat jauh agak berkurang si, paling seminggu sekali tapi kalau sekalinya keluar cukup membuat mual. dan kamu juga tidak tahu bagaimana jempol ini sangat gatal ingin ikut berkometar mengenai rumor Kiamat 21-12-2012 yang gagal tampil kemarin dan oya runner-up miss universe 2012 dari Philippines yang giginya tonggos.

That's it, akhirnya saya berhasil melalui tantangan ini dengan baik, gada maksud buat pembuktian apa-apa, seru-seruan saja dengan sedikit harapan semoga kalau sudah bisa nahan 'nafsu' seperti kemarin nantinya bisa lebih bisa memilah-milah lagi mana yang pantas untuk dibagi, sejauh ini si aman-aman saja,, yaa,, paling bablas dikit.

To be honest Seminggu dipenuhi dengan quote positive cukup membuat pikiran saya lebih jernih. apalagi pas liat kembali timeline saya yang isinya membuat booster tersendiri. Semoga yang baca juga dapat manfaatnya ya.

And Yeap hari ini 24 Desember 29 tahun yang lalu pukul 23:55 lahirlah Reza Gantina Herie Putra, :) untuk itu semoga di umur saya yang baru ini saya akan lebih baik lagi, lebih bijak, kuat dan lebih banyak bersyukur.
